# Problemas Comuns na Sincronia

A Shopee é muito rigoroso com todos os anúncios criados, com isto, podem gerar muitos alertas diferentes que requerem atenção.

Antes de consultar o guia abaixo, clique em "**Validação**", este botão faz uma checagem das principais causas de recusa:

## 🔷 The gtin is a mandatory field for some category.

Em algumas categorias é **obrigatório preencher o GTIN**, para isto, edite o produto e preencha o GTIN do Produto:

Caso você não tenha o GTIN, também pode ser preenchido o **EAN** do Produto.

## 🔷 This category is deprecated and no longer valid. Please a valid category instead \[999999].

Este é um alerta que esta se tornando muito frequente, ele ocorre quando você já mapeou um departamento, e dias/meses depois este mapeamento não é mais válido.

Isto ocorre quando a Shopee **deixa de utilizar uma categoria especifica**.

Neste caso é necessário **remapear o departamento** para um dos novos departamentos disponíveis:

A Shopee possui um guia, que mostra todos os departamentos que estão disponíveis, o que ajuda em identificar um novo departamento:

## 🔷 Invalid item status.

Normalmente este alerta ocorre quando um anúncio é **REMOVIDO** pela **Shopee** (*Quando o anúncio não é aprovado*) ou **diretamente pelo Painel** da Shopee.

Com isto, o Toplojas **não tem mais um anúncio** para sincronizar.

Nestes casos, é necessário **recadastrar o anúncio** clicando em "**Recadastrar Anúncio**" dentro do Produto:
