# JivoChat

É muito interessante termos uma forma de atender os clientes ao vivo, conversando e tirando dúvidas dos clientes

Para isto, existe a ferramente JivoChat, ela permite que seja adicionado um balão no site para que os clientes conversem com o vendedor

## Criando Cadastro na JivoChat

Acesse o link abaixo para criar seu cadastro:

Após criar sua conta, clique em "**Configurações**":

Clique em "**Instalação**":

Será exibido o script de integração, neste script, **copie apenas** o "**Código**" conforme indicação abaixo:&#x20;

## Configurando JivoChat na Loja

Clique em "**Sistema -> Configurações Gerais -> Módulos**":

Localizei o espaço "**JivoChat**":

Preencha o **"Código" com o código que copiamos do painel da JivoChat:**
