# Cancelando Pacote

## ❌ Cancelando um Pacote e Todas as Etiquetas Relacionadas

Caso você tenha algum problema com um Pacote, e/ou com os pedidos deste pacote, você pode cancelar.

Para isto, clique em "**Módulos -> Correios Pré-Postagem**":

Na coluna "**Confirmado**" clique em "**Cancelar Pacote**":&#x20;

Na janela aberta, clique em "**Executar**":&#x20;

Será exibido o status do cancelamento da etiqueta de cada pedido confirmando que o cancelamento foi sucedido:
