# GetNet

## Contato com a GetNet

## Contratação da GetNet

Acesse o link abaixo para enviar seu Cadastro para GetNet:

Na janela de cadastro, preencha os dados da Empresa, e preencha os campos abaixo:

* **Plataforma:** Selecione "**Outra**"
* **Qual serviço você tem interesse?** Selecione "**Checkout para seu e-commerce**"

Após isto, **"aguarde"** a GetNet aprovar sua Conta.

## Obtendo os dados necessários para a configuração

Após seu cadastro com a GetNet ser **aprovado**, eles irão **enviar um e-mail** com os dados necessários para acessar o Painel da GetNet.

Clique no link abaixo para acessar o painel de GetNet:

Clique em "Produtos e Serviços":

Clique em "Chaves de autenticação Plataforma Digital" no menu exibido no lado direito (Descendo a página):

Copie as informações "Seller ID, Client ID e Client Secret":

Caso as informações não sejam exibidas completas (Com asteriscos), ligue para o suporte para GetNet (Pelo Telefone 4020-4009) para que seja feito a liberação da exibição destes dados

**Pronto!** Agora temos os dados necessários para prosseguir com a configuração da GetNet na Loja.

## Configurando GetNet na Loja

Clique em "**Config -> Métodos de Pagamento**", em "**GetNet**" clique em "**Ativar**":

Desça até "**Informações da Conta GetNet**":&#x20;

Preencha o campo "**SellerID, ClientID e ClientSecret**" com os dados copiados do painel da GetNet:

Desça até "**Configurações de Pagamento**":

O primeiro campo que precisamos configurar é "**Formas de Pagamento**", onde iremos selecionar as opções que serão exibidas ao cliente.

Selecione as opções desejas, ou selecione todas para que os clientes tenham mais opções:

Para utilizar a Forma de Pagamento "**Boleto Bancário**" é necessário pedir a ativação para a GetNet

No campo "**Qtd. Parcelas sem Juros**"  selecione a quantidade de parcelas sem juros:

No campo "**Qtd. de Parcelas Máximas**" selecione a quantidade máxima que será disponibilizada aos clientes:

No campo "**Valor mínimo por Parcela**" preencha o valor mínimo que cada parcela pode possuir:

No campo "**Taxa de Juros**" você pode personalizar a Taxa de Juros que será cobrada nas parcelas que não forem contempladas pelo sem Juros:

Agora que configuramos, clique em "**Salvar Configurações**":

Será exibido um alerta indicando que as configurações foram aplicadas com sucesso:

**Pronto!** Agora a **GetNet** já esta disponível para os Clientes.

### Não esta aparecendo o parcelamento disponível durante a navegação na Loja

Isto ocorre quando ainda **não foi configurado uma Forma de Pagamento Padrão** na Loja.
